Made-to-Order Products All of our products are custom made to order. Please allow 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday) for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment. This production time is in addition to the carrier's transit time.
Shipping Carriers & Options At checkout, you may choose from the following shipping methods. Transit times begin on the day your order ships:
- USPS Regular Mail — Standard delivery transit time varies by destination
- USPS Priority Mail — Typically 3–5 business days in transit
- UPS Ground — Transit time varies by destination (typically 1–5 business days)
- UPS 2-Day Air — 2 business days in transit
Shipping Rates Flat rate shipping fees apply and are displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
Holiday Delays — November & December During the months of November and December, carriers experience significantly higher package volumes due to the holiday season. Please expect potential delays in transit times beyond the estimates listed above. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date. We appreciate your patience during this busy time of year.
